If SoftICE kernel-mode debugger is used in Windows 2000/XP running in VMware VMs, a screen refresh problem occurs when the debugger is active. In such case, the debugger looks frozen.
VMWRefresh forcibly refreshes a guest window periodically, keeping debugger window live.
