CopyFileFragm is a console (command-line) utility intended to manipulate binary file fragments and expand/shrink files.
The utility can extract a file fragment to another file or stdout, write a fragment into another file in place (without rewriting the entire file as most file utilities do), overwrite/expand files etc.
Fragment offsets and sizes can be specified in various units: bytes, sectors, kilo-, mega-, giga- and terabytes. A fragment can be specified by its start and end offsets, or by the start offset and size.
Works in Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, Windows 7/8/10.
